Company: Ministry of Chocolate

Email: ministryofchoc(at)aol.com

I've been making chocolate for eight years- I started with truffles, then moved on to slabs and bars of chocolate. I love experimenting with essential oils and spices to find unusual and delicious combinations. Each bar has one spice and one oil combined together- my favourite isgeranium rose and cardamom on white chocolate, which is like having a turkish delight for chocoholics! Tasting good chocolate is like tasting good wine - the flavour lasts longer in the mouth.

As well as being a chocolatier I make crocheted items- I like to keep busy and enjoy playing with different coloured wool combinations to create something special.

I am a trained teacher and run chocolate or crochet workshops.

I live in Brockley and first exhibited my chocolate at the Telegraph Hill Fair. I’m excited to be involved in the Hill Trader- volunteering helps to give ownership, and sharing the till duties means I don’t have to be there all the time!
